Construction areas can be found on every corner in Lisbon. Inspired by the composition and structure of the building sites, still lifes were created that form various shapes. To emphasise the contrast of the man-made, inorganic materials of construction sites, only organic objects such as plants, fruits and vegetables were used for the still lifes. Colour photo series created during my semester abroad at Ar.Co – Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual in Lisbon under the direction of João Paulo Serafim.
